The original drawing was made with charcoal and graphite pencils. The actual size of it is only five inches tall and seven wide. I spent over 30 hours on this project, drawing the grid, sketching, shading, and very fine detail work. This unique portrait of an eye gazes endlessly, searching for any other eyes to captivate.
